Hello! ♡
Fairy Kei is one of the Japanese fashions I wear- the only rule is that your outfit must be pastel! The "feel" of the fashion is supposed to be soft and floaty, like a fairy. The dreamy feeling of the fashion is what drew me to it ~
This soft and pastel make-up is perfect for Fairy Kei!

Start by applying a matte cream eyeshadow all over your eyelid, acting as a base ~ I am using the shade "Divinity" from Too Faced's Chocolate Bon Bons palette.

Now, apply a baby blue eyeshadow on the inner corner of your eyes. All my pastel eyeshadows for this look are from Essence's "All About Candies" palette. Those shades are pretty sheer and satiny, but feel free to use any finish that suits you ~

Now, use a black eyeliner to really define your eyes. As opposed to my porcelain doll tutorial, the eye make-up for this look is much bolder. Draw a line that's neither thin or thick, and finish with a small, upwards wing.

Finally, frame your eye make-up by using mascara on both upper and lower lashes. You can use falsies if you prefer, but I opted out (again).

Rundown;

And that's it! I think I'll try this look with lilac lipstick, falsies and less sheer shadows in the future too- it'll be more bold and bright, feel free to try variations of this look too! If you try this look or make any interesting modifications, take a picture on Instagram and tag me (@_milkyrose_) in it, I'd love to see! ~
Have a lovely day!
