Hello! ♡

Well, 2017's coming to an end, and... it's been quite a ride. There was inspiration, progress, learning and happiness... I got a friend back, put together my maiko outfit, started *properly* learning Japanese dance, built up my wardrobe, went to Italy, moved to another city (last week ^^), started this blog, worked on self development, and more... But it's also been a year of sadness, crying, frustration and anxiety. I experienced some rather unpleasant things and general sadness. This year has been a mix of good and bad things- while there some low points, it was also a year of great progress and significance. If not for 2017, I wouldn't have been where I am today (although I'm still not quite there yet...but close!). My mindset has changed for the better and I feel that I'm ready to do my best and make this coming year (and years!) better than before. This year, I will be happy. I will be a new, better person. And although everything won't magically change the second the clock strikes midnight on Monday, here is what I will strive for this year ~

Broke, but still want kawaii fashion? Visit a thrift store!  I have hunted down so many kawaii things from thrifting- yet I was so skeptical at first; you don't know what you'll find, after all.

But- that's just part of the fun! Every time I think... eh, what's the point, I probably won't buy anything, I end up returning grateful that I went ^^ Anyway! I went thrifting on Saturday, and I managed to find a few cute things ^^ It's not a huge haul, but it's something, so I hope you enjoy seeing what I found! Before I start- I am going to Italy on Sunday and will be there for a week, so I won't be able to post next week ^^ I'll post lots of pictures on my Instagram though ~ 

Ahh, this is my first make-up tutorial, so I'm kinda nervous >< But, the sooner I get out of my comfort zone, the better, right? Now, I love porcelain dolls. They're cute, pretty and perfect. So, why not use make-up to look like one of them?

My inspiration for this look was this doll (clickie) who I fell in love with back in 2015 after coming across her on Google Images. I stuck her on my Japanese exercise book, and one of my classmates told me "that looks like you!", which made me want to do make-up inspired by her. I always wanted to write this make-up tutorial so I'm really glad I finally can ^^~ Without any more of my rambling, let's just get to it ;D

My first Bodyline order arrived! The most tempting were their prices, because I'm too young for a job, but of course I wouldn't buy something just for the price! The two items I fell in love with were the L345 (Love Jewelry JSK) in sax and the Pan048 in yel-gre-whpik.

I honestly have no idea what foreigners associate with Kraków, but whenever I bring up that I'm Polish, they almost aways mention this city. Although it's not the capital of Poland (anymore), Kraków attracts lots of tourists and bored children who live 2 hours away in a city where there's no Starbucks. But hey. At least it's only 2 hours, and there's a nice little motorway connecting the two villages cities. Anyway! Enough of that.
